An evening with five times Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc winner, National Geographic Adventurer of the Year Lizzy Hawker as she talks about the physical, mental and emotional challenges runners face at the edge of human endurance.

From a schoolgirl running the streets of London to a world record-breaking athlete racing on the mountains, Lizzy is an inspiration to anyone who wants to see how just how far they can push themselves, running or not.
