| I have always fancied doing a marathon, but after helping my Brother run the West Highland Way, I fancied a bit of Rough Stuff!!! I have tried most of these activities on there own, but never with little sleep!
I started my carer as a Body Builder and I have taken part in other Ultra Fit competitions, I also have been to the World Indoor championships in Boston to compete.
Our rowing team held the Indoor Rowing 24HR Record.
With this being my 40th year it must be that I am in Mid Life Crisis!!! Or just fancy a week away from the 3 kids and the wife!!
