| I got into Adventure racing only a little while ago by trying a short 6 hour DAR. It combined everything I loved doing and was a real test to my endurance, stamina, physical and mental fitness. I just kept wanting more. Having now done quite a few 1 day races and the open series I am still wanting more of a challenge and look forward to entering more....I love just being outdoors on the hills biking or running and meeting such friendly and like minded people; the joy and satisfaction of winning keeps me coming back too!!! |
