Recently awaken to AR'n after completing the MaxAdventure Kathmandu Adventure Race.
Family man, but enjoy my bike (both road {daily ride} and dual sus {wkend warrior's style}).
My wife's brother & sister have called me "the Pepsi Max guy" since they first met me ;-) corney, I know. But fitting...
I love the snow too. If they do a rogaine on the snow, i'll be there.
Strong team player. Thrive on a challenge.
It's not a mid life crises!
{who am I kidding, but what the hell, life's too short to care}

| Best AR discipline | Mtn Bike |
| Worst AR discipline | Running |
| AR ambitions | compete in one, maybe two more events this year (2010), Break down the weakness (running) to be stronger and get into top third. If I keep active it's great for my son's to follow. |
| AR bugbear | Bugbear? No comment so far. Just why didn't I get into this 5 years ago... |
| AR best moment | Finishing the Max Adventure Kathmandu AR - did not want a DNF |
| AR worst moment | Lessons learnt; 1: do not follow another team if you are lost, they are also lost - check the map, find where you are then work out where to go 2: checkpoints must be completed in sequence |
| My AR best results | Completing the MaxAdventure Kathmandu AR in bueatiful Glenworth Valley. Mud, glourious mud |
| My next AR events | Paddy Palin AR in Wollongong, 16 October 2010 |
| Favourite AR race | Let you know next year |
| Favourite piece of kit | Asics trainers |
| Advice(tip) for other racers | 1: do not follow another team if you are lost, they are also lost - check the map, find where you are then work out where to go 2: checkpoints must be completed in sequence |
