I have progressed through a variety of sporting activities, concentrating on football and judo in my younger days and getting to a reasonable level in both, where I was able to win medals and represent county and area. I also ran, swam and kayaked for fun.
I did the London Triathalon for charity, but found the road cycling element boring so brought a mountain bike and starte3d off road triathlons and enduro mountain bike races (Xterra's, Kona 100 etc). which has progressed into adventure racing which I'm just starting really. |
