When my best mate said she was going to do something called the Blue Eskimo which involved 36hrs of multisport with no rest, I thought she was completely bonkers. Here I am a of years later doing just that.
I have always been into the outdoors and getting muddy having been dragged up snowdon on my own two feet before the age of 7! I got into adventure racing due to the aforesaid best mate enlisting us for some ace races and amazingly did alright. Since then haven't looked back. It does of course help having a task master boyfriend in the shape of the Gibbster! Looking forward to what 2004 has to offer |
