The Connemara Adventure Challenge is unique in that there is only one distance for all competitors. It is perfect for the elite athlete to test their training. For the first-timer it will be challenging yet achievable and the best feeling on crossing the line!
The adventure duathlon was introduced in 2016 for those who would rather stay on dry land.
