Teams of three use a map and compass to navigate an unmarked course through the back country of eastern Manitoba. RUN, PADDLE and BIKE to attempt to be the fastest team to reach all checkpoints before the 9 hour cut off and make it to the finish line where a spectacular awards ceremony, the legendary post race party and a meal fit for a Swamp Donkey awaits!
