3 days, 3 epic stages, The Prospector is the ultimate XC mountain bike challenge. Following in the footsteps of the early gold mining prospectors who carved and constructed many of the trails in the hills that we can enjoy on our bikes.

Held on the Sunday of Prospector, the Matangi Claim Adventure Ride is a one day epic ride that will see riders join our Prospectors for the final stage of the race. Riders will get a taste of the amazing riding that Central Otago has on offer and experience a whole new side of Matangi Station MTB.
