We are kicking off the new year traditionally with the Winter Soła Valley Race. We'll gather on January 13th, as usual, at the "Hotel Restauracja Przystań nad Sołą" in Bielany, Oświęcim County. Those who have been here before know that this competition comes with an added bonus in the form of food that you won't find anywhere else.

Once again, the competition will be in the form of rogaining. Hikers/runners can choose between 4 or 8 hours. For cyclists, there's an 8-hour option. And for those who enjoy both cycling and hiking, there's a 12-hour category. The latter will compete in pairs, while the others participate individually.

This time, you will be taken to uncharted territory where the competition has never been held before.

You will receive various maps, including one that was drawn before the war.

You will need to do some thinking because not all the points are marked on the map.

In general, it's a great opportunity for those who enjoy combining physical endurance with navigation skills in a beautiful environment.
