This small (4 litre) dry bag from Jack Wolfskin provides the perfect solution to protect your 'tech' from serious water damage.  The JWP Waterproof Bag is a roll-top dry bag made of a sealed seamed rip-stop material with a fairly robust clasp to hold the top closed after it's been rolled a couple of times.  As the top is not sealed closed it will eventually leak if held submerged for an extended period of time, but for brief immersion and continual exposure to persistent rain & wet weather it performs without incident.

The empty bag rolls up so small as to be barely noticeable when stuffed into a larger backpack yet easily provides enough storage for phone, wallet, keys plus other bits of water-sensitive tech. As an additional layer of protection inside a rucksack or backpack it helps keep all your valuables in a single, easy-to-find location while providing a level of protection from water ingress for every conceivable non-diving related activity.
