A New Course for Covid Times
The newly designed race course showed fantastic trails of the island of Utö, the small, rugged skerries to the North and some spectacular swims. The course of 12,5 km had a total of twelve swims and thirteen runs. It was a total immersion in nature.
As the Swedish regulations only allow 50 persons on the course at the same time the race had three starts on Saturday and three starts on Sunday, in total almost 250 racers. These spanned World Champions to newcomers.
