As our Dragon's journey over Cadair Idris and on into Mid Wales it is clear that camaraderie is key at this stage of the race and new friends found on the trail are helping our participants through the long 70km route on day three.
The end of the day sees one more hill in the beautiful summit of Pumlumon Fawr - the highest point of the extensive Cambrian Mountains.
