TAR 2018 (Turrialba Adventure Race)

"TAR 2018" is a great Adventure Race that will take place in Turrialba, Costa Rica and will begin on Saturday, October 27 and end on Sunday, October 28, we expect more than 20 teams that will travel more than 150 km.
TAR 2018 in its third edition will the starting point is at Hotel Casa Turire (Turrialba), this will be a unique event that will last almost 30 hours and will have participants from all over the country. “ulltra” event as it is known here, will be by categories and individual, couples & quartets.
Athletes will compete in the disciplines of horseback riding, trekking, MTB, rappelling & special events such as archery and penal shooting.
The competition is self-sustaining, with navigation and cartography. Participants will have a compass to locate and reach the different checkpoints.
