Endurance Athlete Jamie Ramsay to open new Cotswold Outdoor

­Leading outdoor clothing and equipment retailer, Cotswold Outdoor, is proud to announce it will open a new store within the prestigious Rushden Lakes Shopping Centre on the 15th September. Located at the gateway of the Nene Wetlands and the heart of the Nene Valley, it provides the perfect location for Cotswold Outdoor to bring over 40 years experience of the outdoors to a new community.

The new Cotswold Outdoor store will offer an unrivalled range of products from leading brands including: The North Face, Rab, Mountain Equipment, Vango, Salomon and more. Consumers' in-store experience will be elevated by the team of in-store experts themselves, who are all experienced hikers, climbers and runners, all on hand and eager to share their knowledge and experience to help customers make the most of the outdoors.

For outdoor enthusiasts old and new, specialist services such as backpack and boot fitting will ensure all adventurers will leave with the store with the best kit, fitted to perfection.

In addition to Cotswold Outdoor, the store will also incorporate a Runners Need 'Shop in Shop', offering the latest products for every type of runner from world leading brands such as Nike, Adidas and Ronhill, as well as expert advice and free gait analysis - part of a comprehensive in-store fitting service.

STORE OPENING INFORMATION

An official opening ceremony will take place at 9am, September 15th hosted by Endurance Adventure Athlete Jamie Ramsay. He will share his experiences including how he became an adventure athlete, details of his adventures and his favourite kit. This will be followed by a 5K run around Rushden Lakes, which we are inviting the local community to join, so if you are up for your first outdoor adventure with Cotswold Outdoor & Runners Need, then arrive in your running kit ready to join us.
A goody bag containing goods to the value of £80 RRP, as well as a free pair of Bridgedale Merino Hiker socks, will be gifted to the first 100 customers to spend £50 or more in store.*
