Adventure Race Croatia Entries Open For a Return to Zadar
This year Adventure Race Croatia (ARC) presented teams with the new demonstration race in the ARWS calendar and it turned out to be a big success. 20 teams from 11 countries covered over 300 kilometers of variable terrain in Zadar region and got to experience Croatia the hard way just as their ARC slogan promised. Beautiful Adriatic sea, rough karst of Velebit mountain and crystal clear inland rivers showed Croatia has a lot to offer.
In 2019 Adventure Race Croatia promises to come bigger, better and just as awesome. The new edition will be a full ARWS qualifier race and winners will be awarded free entry for the Adventure Racing World Championship 2019 in Sri Lanka. The race will be held from the 10-15 September 2019.
Competitors can expect a course of approximetely 500 kilometers in and around Zadar region over 4 days. Full of history and culture but also wild and untouched – Croatia will not disappoint.
ARC registration opens on 17th of December and ends 1st of August 2019. “Early bird” entry will be valid until 15th of January 2019 or for the first 10 teams, whatever comes first and will cost 1750€. Standard fee until 31st of May will be 2000€ and the last train until 1st of August 2250 €.
