• IMPORTANT : When entering URL's (website / facebook / twitter) include the appropriate protocol (http:// - https://).
• Notes section of the form should contain at least a brief description of the event - Min 200 charaters.
• If you do not upload an event logo NO social media links will be displayed;
  The Event Logo should be a graphic of type JPEG / GIF / PNG;
  Less than 4Mb in size;
  The upload process will re-size the image to 200px width.
• When choosing disciplines, team composition and duration select ALL that apply to your event.
• Choose the country where the event starts even if the finish is in a different one.
• Competiton Area is the state, dept, region, or area in which the event takes place.
• For event length enter the maximum allowed. Explain in the notes box if you are running short courses and sprints at the same event.

• Admin Email is for communication with SleepMonsters and access to edit calendar entries.

• Select ALL appropriate. You can explain more in Notes

• Put race start date, don't include pre-event days

• Put the full webpage address including either http:// or https://

• The state/dept/region/area where the event takes place. (i.e. Montana/West Coast/Tasmania/Lake District National Park) - maximum 35 chars

• Choose the maximum length if there are several times/distances. You can explain different classes in the notes section

• Give a good description of your event. There is a minimum 200 characters on this entry

• Put the full webpage address including either http:// or https://

• Add your social media streams direct to the calendar
• Have your social media buttons appear alongside all race articles and news
• Provide enhanced listing in the event calendar
• Add your event logo
• Entry in our regular events mailing
• One months FREE button advertising included

• Please be sure to select an email address that is monitored
  AND emails from calendar@sleepmonsters.com DO NOT end up in your SPAM folder.
• Entries will only remain on the calendar if the admin email address remains active.
• NO email addresses will be displayed openly on the website
• We will use this email address for administration of your SleepMonsters account.
  We will not pass it on to any third parties.
• Ensure the password is easy to remember
  AND contains letters and numbers.
• Changing admin details will change the details for ALL the events registered to you.
