Today was a Play Day. In addition to classic disciplines competitors enjoyed archery, Bolscross, ropes, rock climbing and paddleboards – all quite near to the race centre.

At archery checkpoint racers shot up to a distance of 15 metres with variable results, but penalty laps were run by only 2 teams.  This year's 'Bolscross' led  racers through river there and back, and was full of demanding rope hurdles. Competitors spent  30 to 60 minutes negotiating this.

Sleeping tactics makes a bigger gaps between teams. Slo-Cro AR Team, who lead from the beginning, took an hour nap before the final bike stage. The second place team, HSK Benecko/Sport nás baví, took off on final battle for gold at the expense of sleep. Slighty further back Kompar Xtream and SpirAlps klacky maintain their third and fourth positions. Three other teams follow 2 hours behind: Coś nom pizło na łeb (Poland), Exit Team a RC Europe/ EPO Běhal v dešti.

Unfortunately, not everything goes perfectly in a race.

The navigator from team Havr Black had a lot of pain in his knees during long bike ride. The team thought about giving up the race, but they are tough, clipped him onto a tow rope and came back to the race centre (approx. 40 km), with all CPs. Now, they are sleeping and looking forward to enjoying all the activities in race centre.

Already from yesterday evening Italian Ffinnish team FREEMIND continues in 3 only. Before the first long MTB stage a team member decided to give up because of extreme fatigue. And there was some more bad news: At the end of Day 2 Lenka from the Franta a jeho parta team sprained her ankle and the whole team decided to quit.

In the late evening the best teams get on their bikes again and go for the second long stage (125km). After that there is only a short orienteering stage to go, and the the FINISH. Unless anything unexpected occurs, we will get to know the names of the Wenger CZAR 21 winners about 5am!

(At 10 p.m.the MINI AR started. This is an 18-hour long race of duos. Apart from common disciplines they will also enjoy those playful activities which took place for the CZAR racers today.)
