The BIKE Transalp powered by Sigma is the world's premier mountain bike stage race, and the first ever for teams of two.
From its first edition in 1998 until 2013, the routing led in eight stages from Germany across the main ridge of the Alps to Italy. In 2014, the event featured seven stages for the first time in Transalp history.
In 2018, the world's best marathon racers as well as up to 1,000 amateurs alile will once again face the classic myth Transalp tackling seven breathtaking but beautiful stages of the event's 21st edition.
