Welcome to the SleepMonsters Calendar

1. When entering URL's (Website/FaceBook/Twitter) you must include either http:// or https://. (If you highlight and copy from a browser this will be included. If there is a padlock symbol it's https://)
   
   
2. Email addresses are NOT displayed on the website - they are for us to keep in touch with you about the event. You should use the same admin email for all your events. You log-in with this.
   
   
3. One entry per event please! If you have multiple events on the same day (short/long/elite classes) don't make separate entries for each. Explain difference courses in notes. You can put in up to 4 event lengths.
   
   
4. When the event goes up you will be emailed your log-in details so check spam folders if you don't see it. Use these to edit, copy, and add more events

• The notes section should contain at least a brief description of the event. There is a minimum of 200 characters, but use more. (This is where you tell readers about your event so sell it!)
• If you do not upload an event logo NO social media links will be displayed. (It does not look anywhere near as good.)
• The Event Logo should be a JPEG/GIF/PNG file and less than 10Mb in size.
• When choosing disciplines, team composition and duration select ALL that apply to your event. (So for Swimrun races choose swim and run ... simple!)
• Choose the country where the event starts even if the finish is in a different one.
• Competition Area is the state/region/area where the event takes place. (i.e. Montana/Tasmania/Lake District National Park) - Maximum 45 characters.

Main Sports :

• Select ALL appropriate. You can explain more in Notes

• Put race start date, don't include pre-event days

Competition Area :

• Enter the length of the race. You can add up to 3 more to cover different courses within the same event and explain more in the Notes

Entry Upgrade

• Add your social media streams direct to the calendar
• Have your social media buttons appear alongside all race articles and news
• Provide enhanced listing in the event calendar
• Add your event logo
• Entry in our regular events mailing
• One months FREE button advertising included

Notes On Updating Your Admin Details

• Please be sure to select an email address that is monitored
  AND emails from calendar@sleepmonsters.com DO NOT end up in your SPAM folder.
• Entries will only remain on the calendar if the admin email address remains active.
• NO email addresses will be displayed openly on the website
• We will use this email address for administration of your SleepMonsters account.
  We will not pass it on to any third parties.
• Ensure the password is easy to remember
  AND contains letters and numbers.
• Changing admin details will change the details for ALL the events registered to you.
